Lamar Owens Educational Fund

As a result of the matter, Lamar has been burdened with repaying the educational cost of the Naval Academy ($91,000) without receiving a degree.   In addition, this 
fund will aid in Lamar's continued pursuit of attaining an undergraduate degree.  All contributions to help offset these expenses will be greatly appreciated. To donate by
